I ordered a case for my iPad as the website seemed really good and the designs are pretty. They looked to be good quality. It took weeks to get here because it came from China, which wasn’t obvious and means you have no way to return anything without incurring massive costs (AVOID!!). The case was in pieces and apparently I was supposed to know how to build it myself without instructions. When we did, it kept falling apart - the 360 spin feature relies upon a flimsy plastic clip that you have to lock in and then turn with no grip all while some glue opposes you from the other side. Needless to say, it didn’t work. So then the returns team offered to post a replacement if I paid another $13 - obviously I said no because I had already paid a premium price for a totally crap product. The (pieces of the) case wouldn’t have protected my iPad at all if I drop it - there’s no cushioning and the plastic feels brittle and terrible quality. The design on the website shows a smooth matt looking lid and I got shiny textured plastic… just everything about this was massively disappointing and while I got a product, I still feel like I have been scammed. I have given up talking to their customer support - I have sent videos and photos and emails and all I have got is more frustration. EDIT- they refused refunds all along the entire process of our multiples emails back and forth and then only offered a % refund if I would take my negative reviews down. I don’t trust them and would never deal with them ever again.
