Ordered on 21st Aug. Did not get any notifications around shipping at all. Emailed on 28th Aug and was told items had already dispatched. Then on 2nd Sept finally got official shipping notification saying items had dispatched. Finally arrived on 9th Sept. Overall items are good but lacking in quality for what I paid. Also MagSafe is weak and accessories do not feel as secure as other cases I have purchased. Considered returning but after seeing reviews probably not worth it. Regret purchase.Update: now been asked to send the a video of my issues. Not exactly sure how I’m supposed to video a poor magnet. Case has also started peeling already.
