Worst customer experience ever with any kind of service provider I have experienced! Waiting for a reply to an email takes on average a month, and if I get a reply the answers are so vague and not at all what I was asking about. Why I'm contacting them only via email? Because that's the only option they provide to talk to them.Been wanting to subscribe to a health coverage plan for 2 months already and their support has not been capable to answer 3 simple questions before I commit to do so.
