The idea sounded great but turns out to be a frustrating experience with a lot of spam.I signed up a few months ago to discover that by signing up you accept to receive promotional SMS and there is NO WAY to opt out from that. That's right. as long as you are paying for the service you will have to accept spam SMSs. I contacted the customer service several times but they really don't seem to care. EDIT:While they claim that they take marketing messages seriously, they really don't. After 3 written requests of being deleted from their database, and promise from their side that they will delete my contact, they still send me promotional SMSs. And to be clear: PROMOTIONAL, unwanted, spam SMSs, not doctor answers as they claim in their answer. They really do NOT take this seriously, so beware.
