I had a terrible experience at the local shop. One staff member was extremely rude and treated me as if she was superior, displaying nasty behavior. At 69 and with a disability, I found her attitude very disrespectful. This is not the first time I've encountered this from her, and it's disheartening. Many customers have voiced similar concerns. I won’t be returning.
