I had a frustrating encounter while trying to return an item according to the store’s policy. After following their instructions and bringing the receipt, the staff still refused the return due to an issue with the tag. They argued instead of assisting, which was unprofessional. I expected better service and respect for my time, and I won’t be shopping here again.
