I've been a regular at the donation center for a couple of years and noticed a significant decline in quality and a rise in prices recently. The atmosphere has changed, and they are now selling items online, which affects the in-store experience. I appreciate the efforts of the staff and volunteers, but the direction the store is heading is disappointing. I may have to seek other charity shops for my needs.
