Salvation Army Staff Damaged my vehicle 3 times !

So I work in a store a few doors down to the Salvation Army on beckenham high street. And all the stores (6 in total) have a shared car parking space which doesn’t have any allocated parking. You basically just park where you can. All of us stores get on fabulously with one another but have all had problems with the staff at the Salvation Army. Today I was verbally abused by the elder white woman in the store. I literally just turned up to start work and worked my car and was instantly addressed in a rude manor being told I can’t park in the shared car park and to move. The first word out if her mouth to me was ‘MOVE’. Not excuse me or I can I have a word. I told her you don’t need to be rude you can ask nicely and she continued to say ‘MOVE’ over and over. Obviously as one of the workers in that set of stores im entitled to park in the car park so I didn’t move. Then the manager comes out into my store pointing his finger saying I need to move the car out of the car park. I said no and that I’m entitled to park there but I’m happy to move my car back a little bit from your door. Bare in mind it’s a very narrow car park. Instead he wanted me to park at the entrance and block all the cars in which I refused as it’s problematic. So I walk to my car and he goes to his shop, as I walk to my car the manager proceeds to slam the back door of the Salvation Army store (which is a heavy fire door) into the front of bonnet 3 times and in front of my manager too. He dented my vehicle and a large scrape of paint work had come off. When my manager confronted him and said you can’t go round damaging people’s cars. He made excuses. My manager (and owner of our store) clearly stated to him that there are no allocated parking spaces and that anyone who works there can park wherever they find a spot. When I told I’ll be calling the police he told he doesn’t give a f!ck and to go ahead. I’m beyond shocked that this is the behaviour from Charity shop workers. A criminal investigation is now taking place where I need to decide whether to press charges as police review the evidence. If I could give zero stars I would. I also have footage and evidence of the whole debacle as I have a security camera in my vehicle given that it’s an expensive car.
