Absolutely appalling attitude. Firstly the home collection was booked for the afternoon. The driver called at 10am and decided to come earlier and gave us 10 minutes notice. Upon arrival the items were in pristine condition and the staff members were rude and decided not to take any items and said to the other staff member “ we’re not having much luck today”. You should be quite honoured anyone even bothers to donate any items. I suggest to anyone don’t bother as they’re clearly rude.
