Always had a very good experience with the Samaritans , they listen , they are reliable , respectful, always feel confident when I phone them , I know they will always make me feel better , whether it’s my depression or my anxiety that’s bothering me , they calm me down and most importantly “ listen “ , unlike that other terrible breathing space that should’ve cancelled.
