Struggled to reach out and finally decided to push through and ask for help and was told ''what do you want to happen?'' and ''have you reflected?''If this is a suicide hotline then I must be the president I have never in my life used a hotline this bad I come to you for help and that's what I get.If anything I should have listened to my brain and offed myself. It's ok if this was the customer support for phones or something but peoples lives are at stake and it's clear that Samaritans are not fit for purpose.This country is screwed for mental health help.
