False Allegations

I have had a horrible experience with the Samaritans after starting a training course to become a volunteer. I am disabled and have trouble with breathing and asked for reasonable adjustments i.e. to sit in a room with a little ventilation. One night during the training I was struggling to breathe as room was so very hot. I asked to have the door open a bit as windows was shut it was doing very hot weather in September. Their chief officer who was doing the training responded by escorting me off the premises removing me from the training. I had said I am autistic as well and this was a no no. I complained about being removed from the training and the branch ignored me. So I contacted the head office. First they told them I had removed myself before making false allegations against me and saying I had not followed STAR standards of behaviour. This is some sort of behaviour standards they prescribe themselves which we hadn't even covered in the train as that was only my thirs week when they removed me. They treated me so badly I was in tears. Second week we were told to expect a practice call and to wait by our own phones. However I never got mine. Apparently everyone was 7ltoo busy" and I was only one. This was done deliberately to keep others waiting to go home and make them think I was the problem. I also asked if ui could leave a few minutes before 10pm in order to catch bus home as oi was standing in ark in unlit unsafe area and would have to wait an hourhout for next bus but they refused. Everyone else had a car and was white and middle class whereas I wasn't. When I asked how oi had breached the STAr behaviour code they said they refuse to discuss it and will not communicate further with me. So they dropped a false allegation on me and wrote they won't tell me what I am accused of and won't speak to me further. There is a complete lack of diversity and a truly discriminatory culture. Furthermore they refused any reasonable adjustments for me but let others do training course on line and when I asked why I hadn't been allowed they refused to discuss it
