I’ve just tried to talk to one of your volunteers online and when I told them my issue it was like they had no interest and cut me off after 4 minutes. That appalling! Very rude and not very nice at all. We shouldn’t have to be at the point where we’re thinking about suicide to get any help of you. The first one I chatted to was very helpful and was on there for over a hour so why does this one cut me off after 4 minutes? Not very happy and I won’t be using your service again.. I’m not gonna start self harming or think about suicide just so this volunteer can be bothered to help me.
