Be careful if you decide to purchase from this company. I purchased toe socks that were faulty. The initial response was to send some more. However, all of the products turned out to be no good and I complained. Communication slow and next to nothing. Ignored for weeks.Big delays in responding to emails no real effort to resolve the situation. I looked at PayPal to make a complaint (I’ve never done this before) however PayPal said to try and resolve it with the people first. I’ve been dealing with this now for 2 1/2 months and have finally gone to PayPal who said I should’ve Come to them with it in the first 30 days. So no help there..I have wasted my money and I wouldn’t like to think that anyone else would waste theirs. They don’t come in the packaging shown on the ad, deliver time is at least 11 days and if you contact them, they don’t respond for over a week or ignore you completely or ask you to send a video of the problem (which you have previously described in detail)Just to add some times and details:-The order for toe socks was made on 27th October 24 (order number B1324). This order was delivered on 12th November. 17th of November a 50% replacement order for faulty goods. Sameo sent 2 to 3 emails confirming this new order.(Order number B1373)Between the 17th Nov and 24th Dec 24 I sent 12 emails. I received two responses with irrelevant comments. My last email was sent on 24th Dec. To date I have had no response.
