Well I and my partner are not satisfied with the purchase, and I’ve been trying to contact them for return and refund, as it says you’ve got 14 days to do this, but it seems the company is ignoring my pleas..thank you
Not a French company but Chinese, so everything comes from there. There is NO customer service. The UK telephone number is invalid and the French one is an answerphone. The email for customer services is never responded to. I paid for delivery in the UK which I shouldn't have had and asked for a refund several times, no answer. No point using the AI chatbox called 'Emma' just as useless the message of 'I'll forward to our customer services tean' doesn't happen. That said, the delivery was surprisingly fast, about 1 week and I could track where the parcel was even if the date given was in 2022! The orthopedic knee cushion is of good quality but the price is exhorbitant. I found the same on Ebay afterwards, UK delivery for half the price and new! Don't touch this company, if anything goes wrong, you're on your own.
I have given one star because it's necessary to write a review. DO NOT ORDER from this site! The customer service is extremely poor. I ordered items for Christmas presents on 21st November, eventually received some of the items on 31st December, but some were missing. I have tried to contact Emma, sometimes they reply, and sometimes I receive a 'failure notice'. I'm giving up and will therefore lose £29.85. I think if other customers are experiencing the same thing, then Emma is fraudulently quids in!
You will NOT receive your goods and you will NOT get a refund either.With no delivery after 4 weeks, they said the item was lost and they would ship again. They did NOT ship again and they now ignore all communication and will NOT provide a refund. I’ve waited 6+ weeks and decided it is best to warn others so they don’t lose out.AVOID COMPLETELY. They will TAKE YOUR MONEY and you will NEVER see your goods or ever get a refund either.
I should have read the reviews of the company, not the product!!!Placed order on 20 November and as of 5 December I have not received the item purchased. Have emailed every other day and have not received a single response.On more detailed examination of the website it appears to be a French company, but today I did the live chat on the website and it provided a tracking link - different to the EVRI one that we emailed. It appears the products are coming from China - absolutely no mention of this on the website.THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY.
