I received a bracelet that was too large. This was after carefully measuring my wrist. Disappointing, but to me an easy fix. Return the bracelet and receive a smaller size. This wasn’t to be the case. It was suggested by Julia that I hang onto the large bracelet and they would forward me a smaller size. The shipping fee was a substantial amount of money especially for such a small package. It was then suggested I purchase another bracelet in the smaller size and the first purchase and the new bracelet would be shipped together to avoid shipping costs. I thought that was an excellent outcome. They then shipped the new bracelet alone and I questioned where the original replacement was and I was told I would have to purchase it again paying for it in full. I disputed this and forwarded 2 emails that haven’t been acknowledged. Very disappointing customer service, I have the full email thread that the company management should read.
