Damaged parfum - after sales didn't care

I ordered Eau de Parfum Armani She 100ml and it came damaged. There was a strong parfum scent on the box and it was a bit humid all over. I thought it was normal but after a while I noticed that it was leaking from the bottom of the product. Contacted supplier and they asked mefor the original transport box photos. Of course I didnt have it any longer. I explained and sent photos of the leaking product. They stopped answering me completely, even after I insisted on getting an answer. That was very innappropriate from Sams Perfums - very bad service!
