Terrible Experience with Returns

I had a really bad experience with this company. They sent my parcel to the wrong address, which resulted in it being returned. I submitted a refund request but got no response despite several follow-ups. They claimed they lost the returned item and promised updates that never came. With no contact number available, I was left with no way to escalate the issue. Overall, a very frustrating experience.
