I cannot recommend shopping with this company after they banned me over a PayPal dispute; I provided proof that a product spilled in the packaging due to their inadequate packing. They stated their policy bans anyone who opens a PayPal dispute or chargeback, which I was unaware of. The dispute was merely to prove the product was damaged and poorly protected during shipment. After 20 years as a customer, this is how they treated me over a dispute regarding a damaged item. I plan to report this to the Better Business Bureau to inform others about their practices. It’s frustrating to receive a damaged item due to their shipping issues and lack of customer support. When I called to appeal the ban, the representative was unhelpful and insisted it was policy. I did get a refund for the damaged item, but they have permanently banned me. I've seen this happen to others, and now it has happened to me. They seem indifferent to customer care and focused solely on profit. Fortunately, I found another beauty supply store online that offers better service and lower prices.
