I work for a state facility where a customer needed her hair done for graduation pictures she trusted me to order the hair that she found online which I did the description was misleading to her as well as to me and the one pack that showed up instead of three cost her $59.98 I called their customer service and spoke to Yasmine and she thought everything that I was saying was funny she was very condescending and after she finally got me the correct instructions to send the hair back she did not even return all of the money she tried to play me and say she put it on a store credit which I had to take screenshots of and record her phone calls because she was so deceitful beware of this company Because unless you keep their products you will get the runaround she told me that there will be no restocking fee because the hair was exactly as it had been sent yet they kept $5 of my money in addition it cost $8 for shipping this was a child who wanted her hair done for school pictures I will never order from this company again boo boo on this company if I could give it one star minus a thousand I would
