In July, I purchase a Samsung Frame TV, that came with a two year free art subscription, printed on the box. I registered for the art which required my credit card. After two months they started charging my credit card. I have multiple attempts to have the charges reversed and was told a month ago it had been turned over to an investigative team. I have contacted Sam’s Club customer service and was told I could return the TV that I paid to have professionally installed. Sam’s displayed the TV promising the free art subscription and needs to force their vendor to honor this promise.
