Do not buy eggs from sams. You are expected to find bad eggs within 7 days and keep the eggs and return them for a refund. And they don't give partial refunds. Found bad eggs in the back of the container after 7 day. Didn't rush back or make a special trip to attempt refund. Told me they were sorry and can't do anything for me. So much for trying to save on eggs.
This was the literally the worse experience I've ever had with online shopping. I was going to purchase a large screen TV from store but I couldn't fit it in my vehicle. Server desk suggested I order it from the online site and it could be delivered the next day. I did this and the Sam's site listed the arrival time as the next day. It didn't come. Checked the site and it said the order was being processed and the delivery date was unchanged. I contacted customer service and was told the order wouldn't be delivered until it was processed and it could take from 7 to 10 days to process. I attempted to cancel my order but I couldn't do this until it was processed. However, they had changed my credit card. I had to stop payment on the charge as it was pending and that cost me $34.00. I would not recomment using Sam's Club for online orders. They lie to you about delivery dates and refuse to give straight answers and unless you push them really hard.
I forgot about automatic renewal so they tried to take it out of my bank it got denied this was the card on file for renewal so they tried my daughters because she was my second member that was denied so they went through all cards used in store till they found one that worked they did not have permission to use this card called them an canceled my membership they said they would refund my money I think the way this was handled was illegal
**********WARNING FOR AUTOMOTIVE************ This service is extremely dangerous and unacceptable. I urge you to steer clear of this shop. The level of professionalism and safety here is shockingly low. They failed to inflate my tires to the manufacturer’s recommended PSI, which is a critical safety requirement. After waiting almost two hours just for two tire replacements (with an appointment), my car was returned with all tires barely at 30 PSI, while the driver’s door jamb clearly indicated 46 PSI. This is a significant oversight that poses a serious safety risk. To make matters worse, I found multiple lug nuts loose when I got my vehicle back. Allowing a customer to drive away in such a condition is reckless and could easily lead to an accident. During the service, the technician seemed more interested in chatting casually than focusing on the task at hand, engaging in nonstop conversations with individuals in the bays—many of whom didn’t appear to be staff (no uniforms, no professionalism). My personal items inside the car were disturbed and left in disarray, indicating a complete lack of care and respect. This shop displays extremely poor workmanship, no attention to detail, and a total disregard for customer safety. The technicians clearly do not care about the vehicles they service or the safety of those driving them afterward. To make matters worse, no manager was present to address or rectify any of these serious issues. This establishment is not just subpar—it’s hazardous. I highly recommend seeking service elsewhere unless you are willing to jeopardize your safety.
This experience was not worth even a single star. I received a damaged product, and when I tried to arrange a return pickup, the company rescheduled multiple times without any notice, leaving me waiting for no one to show up. When I reached out to customer service, I encountered rudeness, lack of accountability, and no helpful information, and they simply hung up on me. They clearly do not respect customers' time or money. I’ve expressed that my credit card payment is due soon, and since I'm returning this $2700 product, it's affecting my credit score, but no one seems to care. It was the worst decision to purchase from them. I have made countless calls and emails, speaking with several representatives, but none seem to understand their roles or value customer concerns. After lengthy waits, they just disconnected the call.
I bought a Duracell auto battery with a 3 year warranty installed by Sam’s Club in July 2023. My car has not been starting recently unless it was jumped and since the battery was still under warranty, I went to the Sam’s Club in Moore OK and asked them to test it. I did not renew my membership in 2025 and I was told they could not service my car, not even test the battery, without a membership. I had a valid membership when I bought the battery that is still under warranty. The store manager was called and after waiting 20 minutes, he finally shows up and advises me to go purchase a membership at the customer service desk for $50 and they would test the battery and replace it if it was bad and I could then go back to customer service and get a refund. I asked him if he just realized what he said! Me and the service desk employee are supposed to waste time going through all that trouble? I asked if he could just give me a temporary complimentary membership then cancel it and he refused. After going back and forth w/the manager for awhile, I asked if I could use a relative’s membership whose last name was the same as mine and he agreed. But Sam’s would not accept a copy of their card, I would have to access their membership through the Sam’s app on my phone so they could scan the membership number off of the app. After a couple of hours, the battery in my car was tested and it was bad so Sam’s replaced it. The kicker is that the warranty for the new battery installed will be that of the old battery, so the warranty will expire in 8 months, in July of 2026! Just like Walmart, Sam’s Club policies and customer service are both horrible!
Beware of Sam’s Club Scan&Go. Had Sam’s Club Card for Decades, I get frustrated when they change Scan&go every 6 months. Now to use Scan&Go you’re required to use store Wi-Fi, can't use my more secure cell data. I called Sam’s Club Corp to ask why. First I got call center in El Salvador, I asked for Corporate, then transferred to Philippines. Finally got a US call center (never got Corp). They could not explain why they forced us to use store Wi-Fi. I don't know what Sam’s Club is up to, but they obviously put their own wants above the security of their customers. Very sad - Sam must be spinning in his grave.
They will not let you use EBT/SNAP for online purchases. In doing so so have alienated the senior/disabled community which usually do not have the means or physical ability to go to a Sam's club to make in store purchases/shopping. Their lack of sympathy and insight is typical of a corporation that makes billions and do not take into consideration of their customer's NEEDS. So we must stop shopping in places that do this. Shop at Walmart, Food 4 Less and Aldi they allow EBT/SNAP for online shopping...
Doesn’t even worth a single star. They sent me a damaged product and when I initiated the return pickup, they scheduled the pickup window multiple times made me wait without informing and no one turns up. When I called the customer care, they are rude, not responsible, no knowledge, just hung up on face. They don’t value customer’s time and money. They play with our time and 1000s of $$. I have been telling them that my credit card due is near by and i can’t convert the bill to emis as I’m returning the product and it’s hitting my credit score as my product is 2700$ no one cares. Worst ever decision I made buying their product. I made 100s of calls, emails and spoke with supervisor Cristian, executive Daniel, Jocelyn, Jam and many others. No one knows their job nor value the customer. After hours of making us wait, they hung up on face.
