I received a damaged product, and when I tried to arrange a return pickup, the company rescheduled multiple times without any notice, leaving me waiting for no one to show up. When I reached out to customer service, I encountered rudeness, lack of accountability, and no helpful information, and they simply hung up on me. They clearly do not respect customers' time or money. I’ve expressed that my credit card payment is due soon, and since I'm returning this $2700 product, it's affecting my credit score, but no one seems to care. It was the worst decision to purchase from them. I have made countless calls and emails, speaking with several representatives, but none seem to understand their roles or value customer concerns. After lengthy waits, they just disconnected the call.
