I ordered a leather jacket online and waited almost two weeks for delivery. When it finally arrived, it had an extremely unpleasant, rancid smell—a mix of chemicals and something resembling a spoiled whey protein smoothie. It did not smell like leather at all. Even after airing it out, the odour did not disappear and quickly spread throughout my home.
I contacted customer service to request an exchange for the same jacket that was not faulty. Unfortunately, they made no real effort to source a replacement or offer a practical solution. The entire communication process was frustrating, unhelpful, and showed a complete lack of care for the customer.
I genuinely like the brand’s concept and design, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Poor quality control combined with very weak customer support has completely put me off purchasing from them again. This is one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had.
