I have a suitcase that hasn't been used in years, but now the handle is stuck. I reached out for help, but despite assurances that someone would contact me, I haven't received any follow-up since November. I'm very disappointed in their customer service. I prefer to resolve issues directly, but the lack of response has prompted me to share my frustration. I hope they address this matter, as I would be willing to update my feedback positively.
