Disappointing customer service response

I have a suitcase that hasn't been used in years, but now the handle is stuck. I reached out for help, but despite assurances that someone would contact me, I haven't received any follow-up since November. I'm very disappointed in their customer service. Recently, I purchased a suitcase marketed as eco-friendly, but after just one use, it has a noticeable dent. I discovered that the warranty doesn’t cover dents, which is surprising for a product that’s supposed to be sustainable. It’s priced around £100, but what’s the value of a suitcase that gets damaged so easily? I expected to support a company with eco-conscious principles, but this experience has left me feeling that it’s a waste of money. It’s frustrating to think that eco-friendly options might not be durable enough to warrant their price.
