We are an IT reseller. From time to time we sell TVs. We resold a TV to a government department. The box came in and looked fine but after opening up the box and turning on the TV, the TV is full of cracks. This TV was not damaged in shipping. It was damaged when it was built and perhaps while preparing for shipment. Samsung won't stand behind their product with repair or a warranty. Buy another TV from another manufacturer not Samsung. They don't care about customers or resellers.
