I purchased a Samsung refrigerator in 2015 after we did some renos in our house. The refrigerator has given us a lot of problems with the ice maker but overall happy with it and looks really nice in our kitchen. The problem I have is that each shelve is cracked except for one and this started after we had the fridge for 5 years. My husband has duct tape them which looks horrible when you open the door. I called Samsung and each shelve costs over$60.00 so probably cheaper to replace the fridge because I don't know how much longer the fridge will last before it breaks down. I asked if i could get a discount on the shelves and the answer was no. Poor quality and cheaply made.

I would never recommend a samsung…

I would never recommend a samsung microwave. Purchased on 11/05/23, the defective product was in for repair three times. It has now stopped working 12 days after the expiration of the warranty. Absolute garbage product. the model number is ME6144ST

I can't believe I bought a Samsung…

I can't believe I bought a Samsung Smart oven. It is far too complicated. The instruction manual is only on line and is a huge document. I don't have the means to download as I've only got my mobile phone. Reading the stuff is impossible with my eyesight in my late 70s. Also I'm unable to print from my phone...It's so frustrating. Is there anyway that a hard copy of instructions can be posted please ? I have been trying to use this oven properly for at least 8 weeks. Thanks.

Order PL250422-50088426. Installments were approved and the payment was transferred, yet Samsung kept stalling me on chat for 5 days and then cancelled the order without any explanation. Is this what customer service looks like in 2025?

Samsung website is unstable

Samsung.pl or com website is very unstable. Not able to navigate through the website as the system is very slow. Tried to register my product (to obtain a free set of tools), but the Samsung manufacture was asking for a lot of pictures (as a prove of purchase) but also was asking to write an opinion of the product just purchased. Surely, opinion will be or should be based on a number of weeks of the product usage. Anyway, as I was going through the register process, suddenly I was logged out and all the data provided earlier was lost! Unbelievable!Samsung, please do get your IT developers and testers on board!

Samsung shipped a TV full of cracks

We are an IT reseller. From time to time we sell TVs. We resold a TV to a government department. The box came in and looked fine but after opening up the box and turning on the TV, the TV is full of cracks. This TV was not damaged in shipping. It was damaged when it was built and perhaps while preparing for shipment. Samsung won't stand behind their product with repair or a warranty. Buy another TV from another manufacturer not Samsung. They don't care about customers or resellers.

Samsung Phone S20+

Firstly I have bought Samsung products for a very long time and they have always been excellent and one time a problem..and it was sorted right away.SOOOO I deceided to replace my Apple phone to a Samsung..all very good and have been very pleased with it.Suddenly last week I had to scan something and I now have a pink line from the top to base..told by two companies including Samsung that happens sometimes when scanning!! It will cost $400 dollars to replace the screen. If this isnt a design fault I dont know what is. I will not use that product again if this is the answer.I am an older woman and treat my phone well.
