I've used Samsung finance for a few months and been ok. However today, I have received a message saying my account is in arrears.This is because the system has not recognised today is a Sunday and the payment won't be taken until tomorrow as per the terms and conditions. Having no access to a human to discuss this is not cool as my first thought was that my bank account had been defrauded
