I ended up paying for a pair of headphones twice due to poor online account services. Because their website was so screwed up, I never received e statements and could not log on to make payments. When TD Bank finally sent a paper statement, I paid the amount IN FULL. Months later I received a $90 bill stating that a $5 dollar late fee had never been paid. Between the horrible website and the customer service, this was THEE worst finance company I have had the experience with. I am filing a complaint with my state's revenue office due to this experience.
