I ordered a replacement icemaker, which was promised to arrive in 3 days. I placed my order on August 6, 2025, but it wasn’t shipped until September 25, nearly 7 weeks later. Most reputable vendors inform you right away if an item is out of stock, allowing you to decide whether to continue with the order. The receipt indicated shipping would take 3 to 5 days, which was also false. They said it shipped on September 25, and I received it on October 3rd, 6 days later. I contacted customer support to cancel since it was so late, and they responded, “Well, you didn’t inform us!” Are they really that out of touch? Then they said they could accept the return but would charge me for it. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Never again!
