I ordered a replacement icemaker, which was promised to arrive in 3 days. I placed my order on August 6, 2025, but it wasn’t shipped until September 25, nearly 7 weeks later. Most reputable vendors inform you right away if an item is out of stock, allowing you to decide whether to continue with the order. The receipt indicated shipping would take 3 to 5 days, which was also false. They said it shipped on September 25, and I received it on October 3rd, 6 days later. I contacted customer support to cancel since it was so late, and they responded, “Well, you didn’t inform us!” Are they really that out of touch? Then they said they could accept the return but would charge me for it. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Never again!
This company seems to change its name frequently (check their company number for verification). I found this number on the invoice for the item I was supposed to receive. When I tried to reach out, they requested an invoice as they 'couldn't locate' my order number, and then went silent. Shame on them for being fraudulent!
I echo the sentiments of others. I ordered a part for my vacuum on February 7th. As of March 4th, I still haven’t received it. Their email is shut down, and when I spoke with a representative, I was told the item is on back order. The app is useless! My order is no longer visible in the app. I will be seeking a refund through my credit card.

They claim it’s available and ships within 5-8 days, yet still take your order without notifying you of possible 1-6 week delays. I find this to be deceptive. When I inquired, customer service simply stated, 'I don’t know; I didn’t build the website,' and provided a phone number if I wanted to complain further.
