The online customer service has been atrocious and completely unprofessional. Other sites indicate my replacement is back-ordered or unavailable. They claim it’s available and ships within 5-8 days, yet still take your order without notifying you of possible 1-6 week delays. I find this to be deceptive. When I inquired, customer service simply stated, 'I don’t know; I didn’t build the website,' and provided a phone number if I wanted to complain further.
