After making six phone calls and receiving a lot of empty promises about a repair technician contacting me, I am still waiting eight days later with no repairman and no washing machine for my household of six. The bills for using outside washing facilities are increasing. This service is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise against choosing this brand!
