After making six phone calls and receiving countless empty reassurances about the repair technician getting in touch, I find myself eight days later with no contact, no repairman, and no washing machine for my household of six. The costs of using outside washing facilities are piling up. This service is absolutely unacceptable. I would advise against choosing this brand!

The bills for using outside washing facilities are increasing. This service is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise against choosing this brand!
I bought a new phone from an online retailer, and after it had a camera issue, the warranty repair was approved. However, between October and December, no repair was done, and the phone was returned not only unrepaired but also unable to boot. In December, I was informed that the phone was not under warranty because the retailer wasn’t an authorized dealer. The company denied responsibility for the damage caused by their repair service.
