Bought a new Z Fold 6 in September. Inner screen went bad and needed to be fixed/repaired. No one has parts to fix phone. Took 4 days for anyone to actually help me. This is a business phone and we have several and paid a LOT of F-ing money for them. So begins the run around. It is under manufacture warranty, but no one can fix it, not even Samsung repair center could fix it. They said 206 back order parts are months out. Samsung care plus which we pay for will not help me because it's not damaged outside of warranty. So now I have a $2000 brick. After complaining for days, they finally said to lie about it being broken and file a claim with the care plus warranty. Had to pay $100.00 just to get that. And still have not received my replacement phone. Not to mention the fact that I could not speak with anyone who can speak English properly. WTF? Why are we as consumers putting up with this? Is there any group that can stop this horrible treatment to customers?
