This website is not a scam, just a very poorly menaged company (probably by only one person, not sure tho).The products are way overpriced and the quality is terrible according to other reviews, costumer service is almost non-existent, overall not a great website to order from, but it's not a scam. If you ask for a refund you'll get your money back (at least in my case). Now I'll explain my 'menaged by only one person theory'.So I think shipments are so late because it's just one guy packing and sending the products and if it's only one guy it makes sense why the costumer service is non-existent, because he doesn't have time to reply to all the messages sent. And finally the fact that you don't get your refund immedietaly is also explained by one person handling refunds in clusters.TL;DR: The website is not a scam, you can get a refund, but still wouldn't recommend.
