After seven days of waiting, I received an email stating they consider the case closed and I can no longer return the item. It's a total scam.

I ordered the 20mm silicone dark blue strap for a Galaxy watch 2 active. The small pin used to secure the strap fell out, leaving only one part usable. I expected much better quality from this site compared to other platforms, but it seems the suppliers maintain low standards. I even damaged my nails in the process. Definitely not practical or of good quality. I suggest avoiding this site and opting for better quality elsewhere.
I ordered three straps over six weeks ago. The tracking seems fake, and I received a generic automated response when I inquired about my order. I strongly suspect this is not a legitimate site, and I doubt I will ever receive these straps.
