Samsung trade-in is fraud. I gave Galaxy fold 4 for trade in. After 2 weeks they started demanding for £150 saying phone is no good. I asked them to return my phone back. They damaged the phone and sent it back. I got before and after pictures. I am surprised Samsung company doesn’t trust customers reviews. They support fraudulent.
