Be careful of this scam artist. I sent my phone for a trade-in after buying Samsung phone Zflip4. All went through smoothly, they even sent me an email confirmation about the payment has been sent. Except the money never arrives. I contacted them and this is what I got from them: "Your order has been referred to our internal Fraud investigation Team.".Based on some reviews on this website, everyone knows which one is a fraud. I am such a fool for believing in this trade-in program, gonna return the phone asap before the return period ends.
