5 times tried to call Samsung about a microwave which was only 6 weeks oldFirst and second call was cut off, 3rd and 4th could not understand the person on the phone. Tried to log the faulty on the AI website - this was trying to charge me over £170 for a repair (only 6 weeks old)5th time of calling just about understood the person and they were collecting a week later, so probably would have been without a microwave for 3-4 weeks
