5 times tried to call Samsung about a microwave which was only 6 weeks old

First and second call was cut off, 3rd and 4th could not understand the person on the phone. Tried to log the faulty on the AI website - this was trying to charge me over £170 for a repair (only 6 weeks old)

5th time of calling just about understood the person and they were collecting a week later, so probably would have been without a microwave for 3-4 weeks

Awful

Awful. Enamel in our £200 Microwave developed a chip / corroded slightly after just a few months. We have followed the instructions exactly including cleaning using a cloth and boiled water, we haven't used abrasive cleaners, and have cleaned up spillages.Samsung were completely unhelpful, refusing to fix it and telling me I have misused it. Even though the warranty says the enamel is covered for 5 years!Clearly the issue is their poor quality products and arrogance.Shocking and will never buy a Samsung product again

Don’t rely on samsung warranty

Don’t rely on samsung warranty, worst experience I’ve ever had. Bolt fell out of washing machine lock with broken plastic still attached. After weeks of back and forward they eventually sent an engineer to determine fault. Engineer without my permission proceeded to take door seal off and locking system out which are different parts from that which was broken. When I asked what he was doing he said checking for damage. I asked did you find any, he said no. Agreed the part had failed but then said but that doesn’t matter as he cant tell if I hadn't taken a screwdriver to it. I asked did he mean I used a screwdriver to break something that was working and explaining that made no sense. He said maybe you thought the door lock was loose and tried to tighten it. At that point I asked him to leave my house. I see another customer with a video showing the exact same bolt with plastic attached complaining from January this year. Its not even an expensive repair, its cost them more to try deny blame than to fix it. I’ll never buy a samsung product again. Appalling service 😢

Please stay away from Samsung they don’t honor their warranty. I was told someone was coming to check my stove so I took off from work just to get a text just an hour prior telling me that the part hadn’t arrived so they were going to reschedule. First of we never spoke about replacing any parts and that’s not what I was told and when I was transferred to speak to someone in Samsung as I was explaining to the guy my situation he hung up on me.

Samsung QLED TV 65 inch Model Number…

Samsung QLED TV 65 inch Model Number QE65S95B died after 2.5 years and new spare parts are not available anywhere. Online discussion board websites are full of customers stating that these TVs die due to faulty power supply board in as short as within a month or right after the warranty expires. Pls stay away of Samsung TVs.Update:I have contacted helpline and as per their advise I searched on the website (samsungspares) as advised in support email but the part I needed is not available on this website. As per the second advise I have called the "Samsung Authorised Repair Centre - Martin Dawes Winsford – 0160 686 9648" and they stated that they don't provide parts. This is clearly a breach of the "Right to Repair Act 2021" where a manufacturer is responsible to provide spare parts till 7 to 10 years after a model is discontinued. My Samsung TV is a 2022 model QE65S95B bought for £1500 in January 2023 and died in October 2025.Hence contacting Samsung Support is not getting anywhere.

I was so disappointed

I was so disappointed. I called Samsung manager to complain about the warranty issue, and she hang up on me. My phone was still on warranty, but Samsung refused the repair of the screen, because the was a small scratch on the phone, probably done by the keys in my pocket. I called service, then ask for manager and when I told her that I could not believe that they will not honor the warranty, she hang up on me. The Samsung warranty is a scam :(

Sent a tablet back to Samsung for repair under warranty.

Sent a tablet back to Samsung for repair under 3 year extended warranty. Sent on a Wednesday at 13.00 hrsReceived by Samsung Thursday at 14.22 hrs. Friday at 1122 hrs, I got email stating inspection completed no fault found. Saturday 10.45 got device back. Still faulty. Contacted customer service initially a chatbot, then a person. They suggested I send a video to tech support showing problem. Samsung want to be tech leaders but are only interested in collecting money. In my experience repair services are none existent.
