The customer service experience was unfortunately disappointing. Initially, it seemed like all items were unavailable as they were marked out of stock instead of made to order. When I asked about restocking, they repeatedly mentioned a three-week timeframe without clarifying it was from the order date. Now, after three months, I'm still waiting and only receive updates about delays when I reach out. Even then, the new deadlines are not being met. This is quite frustrating.
