Customer service could be better.

My experience with customer service was unfortunately lacking. Initially, it seemed like all items were out of stock instead of available for order. When I inquired about restocking, they repeatedly provided a three-week estimate without specifying it was from the order date. Now, three months later, I'm still waiting and only learn about delays when I reach out. Even then, the new deadlines are not being met. This situation is quite frustrating.

Customer service needs improvement

When I asked about restocking, they repeatedly mentioned a three-week timeframe without clarifying it was from the order date. The support team has been outstanding. The pans are of exceptional quality, and the service is unparalleled. I accidentally burned my pan, but they managed to restore it. These truly are pans for life.

Quick resolution for faulty coating

I received my 24cm stainless steel non-stick chef's pans this year, and after a few uses, the non-stick coating started to deteriorate. I contacted the support team, and they arranged for a courier to pick it up for inspection. They decided to send a replacement at no cost, which arrived quickly. I am very satisfied with the customer service and the quality of the pans.

20cm copper frying pan

I recently bought a 20cm copper induction frying pan and couldn't be happier. The craftsmanship is exceptional. Yes, it’s a pricey frying pan, but the quality justifies it. You get what you pay for. Delivery took some time, but given that it’s handmade to order, it was worth the wait. I highly recommend this product and the service.

Poor non-stick, even worse customer service

I purchased a non-stick frying pan and was initially impressed by the lifetime guarantee. However, the non-stick coating deteriorated despite careful use, and attempts to contact customer service for the guarantee have been futile. They initially offered a replacement but then stopped responding, failing to fulfill the promise. Don't waste your money.
