My experience with customer service was unfortunately lacking. Initially, it seemed like all items were out of stock instead of available for order. When I inquired about restocking, they repeatedly provided a three-week estimate without specifying it was from the order date. Now, three months later, I'm still waiting and only learn about delays when I reach out. Even then, the new deadlines are not being met. This situation is quite frustrating.

I received my 24cm stainless steel non-stick chef's pans this year, and after a few uses, the non-stick coating started to deteriorate. I contacted the support team, and they arranged for a courier to pick it up for inspection. They decided to send a replacement at no cost, which arrived quickly.
