I received a car seat in a different color than what was advertised and had to deal with unhelpful support who mentioned that products might differ from images, which they have stated in other responses. This does not comply with the legal requirement for product accuracy under consumer rights, as both description and images must be correct. I wouldn't recommend this service as you may not receive what you ordered. Edit after response: My review is accurate. We agree that the car seat I received did not match the images on the site. I did not want or ask for a different version of the seat. The lack of accountability from the business and support staff is surprising. I was asked to cover the return shipping costs, and only after I mentioned filing a complaint did they offer a return.
