I received a car seat in a different color than what was advertised and had to deal with unhelpful support who mentioned that products might differ from images, which they have stated in other responses. This does not comply with the legal requirement for product accuracy under consumer rights, as both description and images must be correct. I wouldn't recommend this service as you may not receive what you ordered. Edit after response: My review is accurate. We agree that the car seat I received did not match the images on the site. I did not want or ask for a different version of the seat. The lack of accountability from the business and support staff is surprising. I was asked to cover the return shipping costs, and only after I mentioned filing a complaint did they offer a return.
I would not order from this company again. I placed an order for a travel system at the beginning of October, and it still hadn't arrived by the end of November, despite the website claiming it was in stock and my choice of express delivery. I was not informed of any stock delays when placing the order. After several weeks, I followed up and was told the travel system was not in stock, but it would be available at the start of November, with courier delays. I still received nothing in November, and after checking again at the end of the month, I was told stock would arrive on December 4th. I lost trust in the company and requested a full refund, which was processed promptly over the phone. My main concern is that the website still shows the product as in stock even after I canceled my order. I recommend caution when ordering from this company, as I would not have placed my order had I known about the stock issues. I was able to place an order with another company that dispatched the same day, so I find their stock management questionable.

I called to check the stock of an item and spoke with a very friendly representative. They assured me the item was in stock, which was great since it was sold out elsewhere. I ordered and received an extra 5% discount due to a code on the website. The item was already discounted for Black Friday week. Free delivery, and it arrived within 2 days to ROI. I will definitely use the website again!
