The first person I spoke with told me that sana reps would be calling places to help me find doctors. In Sacramento I can’t even get an appt to try and get them to take sana. I’m running out of medication and was so relieved that the reps at sana would help me. Only to be told days later that isn’t true at all, that I have to locate and request my own doctors. The website is useless, if you search psychiatry the first option is for an ear nose and throat doc. I’ve called a million places off the list found on sana and either it’s not the type of dr listed, they won’t even talk to me about an appt, or they need a referral to even consider me.
