Warm drinks. Lower than average food. The sanitary bins in all cubicles were jarred open, sanitary waste on the floor and all round in an unhygienic and poor state. The main area of the restrooms (where the sinks etc. are) was equally as bad. Paper towel bins overflowing, so much so the floor around the bin was covered in used towels from previous guests. As you can see in both pictures I have attached – the floor itself wasn’t clean. It was sticky and dirty – when I say my shoes literally stuck to it as I walked on it, I’m not exaggerating. After raising a complaint directly to HQ, all I got was an apology.
