2 delivery attempts badly damaged 6+ months on and no refund.I ordered the large 24” frame and it arrived badly damaged. Sand Art Home said they would send a replacement. After a few months a replacement was sent. This again arrived damaged. They do not packaged these large heavy products properly. However, Instead of sending a third one I asked for them to just send me a replacement frame and I would reframe it myself to help reduce their costs. After 5 months of trying to resolve they just ignore me despite all the guarantee claims on their website. Once they have your money they don’t care and ignore you claiming the sand part still works but I clearly didn’t order a broken frame version!!!PayPal have confirmed that Sand Art Home should refund for not providing product as advertised and they still will not provide a refund. DO NOT give them your hard earned money, they don’t deserve it.
