It’s genuinely mesmerizing to look at and adds this peaceful vibe to my office, though the stand felt a little lighter than I expected at first; overall a beautiful, calming product that gets compliments from everyone who sees it.
I truly enjoy observing the sand as it shifts and creates new patterns — it’s both calming and graceful, definitely one of my top decor choices. However, I do wish I had opted for the larger size, as the movement would have been even more impressive in a bigger display.
I had a very frustrating experience with this service. I ordered two items, but they arrived without frames, leaving no way to add or release air. After exchanging several emails with a representative, I was given a home address in another country for returns, which means I would have to cover return shipping, insurance, and customs fees. I was not willing to do that! I even threatened to report the issue to the FTC and dispute the charge with my credit card. Eventually, I received a $30 refund, but that hardly covered the purchase price. Please be cautious; this service does not seem to honor their customer satisfaction guarantee. Additionally, my invoice indicated that I should have received two maintenance packs valued at $30, which were not included in my order.
I bought the large wall hanging art piece and paid $500 for the piece. It was shipped and packaged well. The sand was falling too fast so I used the syringe and followed the instructions to add more air. I then noticed leakage and wood damage on the art frame with sand leaking on my floor. I contacted the company (Emma C.) numerous times and was told to put silicone in the hole to stop it from leaking and that was all they could do for me since it was past the 30 day refund policy. I have had the art piece for 2 months. I expected the company to stand behind their product and I was very wrong. I am very disappointed and would not buy from this company again. Do not waste your money on this company.
Sand Art has simply transformed my living room into a living-art collection with the 24" spinner, Crescent Moon and another one that you flip within a white circle frame. The results are completely random results and when I get a really interesting sand-picture, I leave it for quite a few days. I know I'll never see it again, but the results are infinite. So, if you have a boring piece of art, then you need Sand Art to bring a fresh look that will always be changing. Thankyou Sand Art for the transformation.
My order was smooth and I am happy with my purchase, however I wonder if I need to add more water. Will you please email instructions about this? I have wonderful sand formations, and then they just all poof when the end of the sand is near. It is not as pretty as seen on your website. Thanks for any help.
